bug#21482: Ispell misalignment 24.3

Hi folks,

I have received this bug which seems to be

I have tested it with emacs-24.5 and it's working.
Do you know what is relevant part of code so that I am able to fix it
for 24.3?

I am fine with porting it to 24.3 If I will have enough info.

Sorry that I am sending a bugs without solving them;)
But I don't have a free time to analyze them:(
