bug#23366: 25.0.93; Custom font still not saved

Hi folks,

I found the culprit… I’m using the attached base16-* theme. When I put it as my 
~/.emacs.d/init.el file, I can’t customise the font neither from the 
‘Options->Set Default Font’ menu item for from M-x customize-faces -> default.

I use the same .emacs.d infrastructure across systems, and the error is 
consistent in all of them.
