bug#24257: 23.1; recover-this-file hint requires interaction

Thanks for the report.  Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.

Currently, in Emacs 25.2, org-mode only displays this message, but does
not wait for the user to hit return.  I tested out what you reported and
was not stopped by this message.

I'm going to marked this as fixed.
