I want to display European characters with "Noto Mono" and
CJK characters with "Noto Sans CJK JP Regular".
(And other scripts with other Noto fonts.)

Evaluating (set-frame-font "fontset-test") results almost same as
evaluating (set-frame-font "Noto Mono"), and
"Noto Sans CJK JP Regular" is not used.
