PSPP-BUG: [bug #24781] wrong default extension when saving portable file

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24781 (project pspp):

The steps I did: (the buttons/commands could have another name as I see them
translated and translated them back to english)

- open PSPPIRE
- Create a new variable
- enter "1" in the first case
- click "file"
- click "save as"
- type "test" in de "name" box
- switch from "System files (*.sav)" to
              "Portable files (*.por)"
- click "save"

I would expect to see the file "test.por" but instead, "test.sav" is created.
