Details:

The "Value Labels" dialog allows entering labels for numeric values of
variables. However, it is not as efficient as it could be for entering
multiple value labels quickly.

When you activate the Add button (either through the mouse or using keyboard
shortcuts), nothing is focused hereafter. I think it would be nice if the
Value: [ ] field was focused automatically, so a typical workflow could look
like this:

1) type a value number
2) <tab>
3) type a value label
4) <enter> or click the add button or use keyboard shortcuts
5) the "value number" field is now focused again. Rinse, repeat.

Ideally, this kind of nice productivity-enhancing detail should be applied as
much as possible (where it makes sense) throughout the application.
