I'll reinstall pspp and try it out. Just for clarity, do i need to reinstall the whole thing, or just update some component or something?

Follow-up Comment #1:

I pushed a fix for this particular problem.  But I think the regression
command would benefit from an audit of it's behaviour with respect to missing
values.  So I'm leaving this item open as a reminder.
