I have noticed that the telnet command no longer works after installing
the FSF distribution. This has happened on a number of machines
(Windows 95 and Windows 98) after installing the Free Software Foundation
distribution.
When running Start--->Run with the command "telnet any.host" get a
message:
"Could not open a connection to any.host"
