Hey,

find /[A-z][!proc][!tmp]* -newer /tmp/timestamp -xtype f

This string totally omits the /opt directory. Unless I specifically do a find
/opt ... it fails to find anything. Works fine for everything else. (I
know...why am I putting anything in /opt anyway? Long story. And I lost.)

Findutils 4.1 patch has been applied, and just compiled with ./configure
--prefix=/usr. Glibc 2.1.3, Linux kernel 2.2.17. System is all hand compiled so
I can't just say RH n.n or something.

Thanks

Kevin
