suggested improvements to updatedb in findutils-4.1

Hi,

The following patch to updatedb in findutils-4.1 does the following:

        1) allows + characters to be used in the prunepath (for
         /lost+found)

        2) adds /lost+found to the default list of things to prune

        3) only su's if the NETUSER and the current user are not the
         same.  This permits non-root users to scan net disks.
