gettext-0.10.38 is released

It is at ftp.gnu.org and mirrors in gnu/gettext/gettext-0.10.38.tar.gz

It is a bugfix release of 0.10.37.
Manual pages for the GNU libintl library functions have been added.

All autoconfiguration issues have been worked out, except for
integration with autoconf-2.50. If your package still uses
gettext-0.10.35's intl directory, and doesn't use autoconf-2.50, it's
a good idea to upgrade to gettext-0.10.38's intl directory. The
"gettextize" program will do most of the update work for you.
