sh-utils v2.0 man pages available

This is a 2.0-compatible update of the v1.16 pages I released several
years ago.

Release for sh-utils version 2.0:
    - changes to date.1
         + documented the -I and --iso-8601 options.
         + added some nifty examples from the texinfo docu
         + corrected invalid DST zone indices
    - changes to expr.1:
         + mentioned that `\?', `\+', and `\|' are valid ':' REGEX
           metachars
         + documented new "quote" operator
    - changes to stty.1:
         + stty.1 now describes --file option.
         + alphabetize settings lists within their groups.
    - who.1 now describes --lookup option.
    - created hostid.1 man page
    - created pinky.1 man page
    - changed bug reporting address on all pages to match that displayed
      by the generic 2.0 --help option.
    - duplicated FSF's 2.0 man page copyright notice
