mkstemps.o missing from file list

In making ar on a 
SunOS csihp27 5.7 Generic_106541-04 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60

from binutils-2.11.2

using the script from the readme file (since I have no ar), I got
a loader error for mkstemps. Checking the config cache showed it
had correctly determined I didn't have it, and looking in 
libiberty showed it had been compiled.

Adding it to the "needed-list" and re-running the last command of 
the script worked fine.
