I am saying about leaving the exact format of date to gettext.
Then new users will able to write a new .po file.  Otherwise,
we have to discuss again to reach a new uniform date expression.

I don't heard any reason which insists "standardization" way is
better than "localization" way YET -- though I heard some opinions
which insist that "standardization" way is not so bad.
