You're right... This important feature has been missing forever.
While at it, let's implement the "crash after [random number between 0
and 60] minutes of running" feature requested by Microsoft usability
guidelines...
I hear the unions heavily back this feature because the
bluescreen-to-reboot time gives workers an additional break a couple of
times a day, so it's a must-have. ;)
