'gnu-new-abi' should be 'gnu-v3'

nm and objdump both report 'gnu-new-abi' as a demangle style but the code
accepts
'gnu-v3'. It looks to me like the following files need to be fixed.
binutils/nm.c
binutils/objdump.c
binutils/po/es.po
binutils/po/fr.po
binutils/po/ja.po
binutils/po/sv.po
binutils/po/tr.po
