I am not using GNU Component. I am using Sun's system calls given along
with solaris.
As i am a very new unix user, i have sent this wrong mail to you. Sorry
for this inconvenience.
You can reproduce this problem using sun's system calls rather GNU sdiff.
Can you able to tell me how to resolve this in sun?

Thanks and regards,

Sorry, I can't reproduce your problem on Solaris 2.6 sparc either.

What is the output of the following commands? You didn't mention this
in your email.

sdiff --version
diff --version
