Re: diffutils/rcsdiff RFE

Almost, but not quite.  I'd like to ignore changes that occur inside the
keyword expansion, e.g. beteween '$Id' and the closing '$'.  But I don't
necessary want to ignore other changes on those line.  Also the $Log$
keyword spans multiple lines.
