Hello,
I'm working on Solaris 7 & 8 and I try to make a full set of GNU tools
and some other tools such as Gnome2.
I have a probleme with gettext and libiconv : gnome2 requiered a GNU
gettext > 0.10.36 + libiconv, but when I try to build some GNU tools
such as `tar` or `sh-utils` the Big5 encoded .po compilation fail (I
have no problems with gettext 0.10.35 + libiconv).
I know this is a known problem, is there any workaround ?
Can i use the gettext 0.10.35 binaries (static) and the gettext 0.10.40
libs ?
Is the 0.11.* gettext solve the probleme ?
