GNU tar Compile Problems

I have found an invaolid character in the ko.po of the GNU tar source.  There
are a couple of lines that have the name Francois Pinard where the c in Francois
has been replaced by an invalid character.  To correct, I just deleted the
invalid character.

I found this in both tar-1.12 and tar-1.13.  The operating system is Solaris 7
using gcc to compile.  Other operating systems may be more forgiving.
