gawkinet.ps version 1.1: documentation bugs

Hello,

There are some documentation errors in the
"TCP/IP Internetworking with Gawk" manual,
version 1.1, which I thought of reporting:

page 4: 'reliabilty': should be 'reliability'

page 5: 'Numbers above 1024' should be:
        'Numbers above 1023' or alternatively,
        'Numbers 1024 and above'

page 5: second last paragraph,
        'waiting' should be 'wait'

page 14: footnote: I double checked: on Windows 2000 Professional the 
         services file is actually C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\services

I have not had a chance to read the rest of the manual yet so there may be 
other typos.
