[PATCH] updated GNU/FreeBSD patch for latest binutils

Hello,

I'm attaching an update for latest CVS of the patch made
by Bruno Haible to support GNU/FreeBSD (Glibc-based system
with FreeBSD kernel) in binutils.

The original patch (which doesn't apply cleanly as of now)
