there is none, AFAIK.  (Apart from a folder in my mail.)

But I've opened bugzilla for grep just a few days ago.  It's empty atm.
Fill in everything you want to.

But perhaps you could save some effort by waiting about a month.
Perhaps I'll have an alpha version which you could test then.
Then you can fill in the rest of the bugs, which are harder to fix.
