grep and no line terminator (planned release ?)

Dear,

As you know  already, grep got some issue with big  files with no line
terminator. For example, here is  the bug reported in Debian GNU/Linux

Do you  plan to make a  new release of grep  for this issue  or do you
have an 'official' patch for that ?
