ed 0.2 bug on Solaris

Dear GNU Maintainer,

ed 0.2 doesn't correctly determine the window size on Solaris (2.6),
because signal.c doesn't include <termios.h> which defines the
TIOCGWINSZ ioctl constant.  I can't submit a patch, because my
understanding of autoconf is rather shaky.  Sorry.

p.s. I've been using ed a lot lately because I enjoy figuring out how to
get it to do my bidding.  I guess editing with vim is just getting too
easy. B'>  Do you know if there is a website or newsgroup for other
people who are equally crazy?
