I have received the attached message from my friend in Russia.And I was
trying to read it using any possible codes defined in  'Character
Encoding' library. Still - no chance.

>From the other hand, I had no problems to read this text in Windows
'Outlook Express'.

Please, can you help me to find a right solution in Red Hat Linux.
