possible grep bug

HOwdy,

I have installed the "latest" grep and found some errors while doing
make install. The second time I got even more errors. This is a
solaris 9 system. I providing build/install logs below including the
problems with make install the second time. As it turns out, in
re-creating the logs, both problems appeared so I'm sending you just
the build log and the install log.

Am I doing something wrong?
