gettext-CVS patches

Hi Bruno,

I sent you an e-mail a week or so ago, regarding patches to gettext
required to expose it's PO file parsing/writing functions via the
library API. Maybe you haven't had a chance to respond yet, but could
you please confirm whether or not you have received it. If it got lost
somewhere, I can re-send it.
