sed "s/'u/ou/;s/ov/u/" slovak_example
The languages are very similar.
IOW: n==1? first : n>=2 && n<=4 ? second : third

It's much less controversial then the old one. I'm quite sure noone uses the
old one actively.
And the pages for Inst. for Czech Language of the Academy of Sciences also
says that the new one is now possible.
I'm quite sure you should change the Czech one to the simpler one.
