Hi -
This is not a bug report per se, but perhaps a suggested change to
Makefile.in.in
I've been writing a debugger for GNU Make
(http://bashdb.sourceforge.net/remake) and was "stepping" through
Makefile.in.in and I noticed that there are a couple of targets that
might be classified as .PHONY, in particular all, all-yes and all-no.
I am a fan of gnu-gettext. Thanks!
