From the manpage:

  flipdiff exchanges the order of two patch files that apply one
  after the other.

I also looked at flipdiff first, but it didn't seem to do the deed.
It'd be easy to write a little script to reverse a diff though, but
I don't see why this option cannot be in the diff binary, given that
patch also has -R.
