diffutils did not include translation from translationproject.org

Hi diffutils developer,

I noticed that diffutils did not include translation from translationproject.org

http://translationproject.org/domain/diffutils.html

There are a lot of language in there, but in diffutils source, viewed
at here: http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/diffutils/po/?root=diffutils
only English is available.

Please include the translation.

In translation project, new updated translation will be sent via email
by TP robot to maintainer. Most probably the maintainer email is not
correct, causing the robot not able to sent new translation.

address to be updated.
