Mr. Cogdell,
The answer is, "I don't know". There is no reason that existing 32 bit
Windows binaries should not run, and I also don't see any reason why a
64 bit binary could not be compiled for Windows Server 2008 64 bit.
If you have a compiler and are used to building software, it should not
be that hard to build gawk.
