I think this comment means "do not print anything".
Please correct the documentation accordingly.

Why would that be what the comment means? It's not what the code does.

And of course, it appears I completely missed the point you were trying
to make, which is that you just want the "nothing" changed to
"anything". Silly me.

I'll fix this, it's indeed not grammatical.
