bug-gnu-gettext is now separate

Hi all,

The bug-gnu-gettext mail alias was redirecting to bug-gnu-utils up to now.
This has now changed. bug-gnu-gettext now redirects to bug-gettext instead,
which is a mailing list of its own.

1) If you are subscribed to bug-gnu-utils and want to continue to hear about
   GNU gettext and internationalization, please subscribe to bug-gettext at
   <http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-gettext>.

2) You find the mail archives of the bug-gettext mailing list, starting from
   today, at <http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gettext/>.

The mail address for _reporting_ bugs in GNU gettext has not changed: it is
still bug-gnu-gettext.
