[Bug-gnubg] Ilegal PLay

In addition to my previous report i dicovered another bug, concerning ilegal play :

The posistion ID according to GNUbg (snapshot 060223 ) = gyECgAEAAAIAAA

    RED             13      1     BLACK  BAR    1
    RED             10      1     BLACK        1    2
    RED               6      2     bLACK   OFF    12
    RED               1      2
    RED          OFF      9

 

    BLACK to move 4 2

In this posistion Black has to move 4 2 from the BAR. According to the rules Black has to play BAR /21
( When Back can use just one of the two dies , he has to use the higher die  )

 The program accepts also BAR / 23   which is not legal !!
