[Bug-gnubg] the fibs player 'gnu'

Hi Gary,

I can see gnu on fibs now plays from rampart.gnu.org. Does ot still
play 0-ply? I also notice it's using longer time for it's move
decisions than it used to. Just like like the program stalls or
something and the oponent often have to kibitz 'move' to it.
This is very annoying.
