Under gtk-2.0, gtk_toolbar_new is a function taking no arguments, so
gtkboard.c fails to compile. Commenting out the args gives a compile.
I see that gtk1.2 took two args.
Patches which work against the current CVS (as of 16:40 CEST)
attached, They use config.h to choose which way to compile the call to
gtk_toolbar_new(), tested against gtk2.0, not tested against 1.2.
