Same thing happens under Windows 2000. The exact error message I received
is

Theinstruction at 0x22e7da00 referenced memoryt at 0x22e7da00. The memory
could not be read.

The Windows debugger (which tries to open a program in Visual C++ to show
you where something goes wrong), not surprisingly, ran into an access
violation and couldnt show me anything. One disclaimer: this is using last
month's build, not the brand new snapshot which I haven't had a spare hour
to bring in over a dialup:(

The position with "j/" added, of course, works fine for me too.
