[Bug-gnubg] CVS-version build-problems on RH7.3

Wanting to be able to run some background rollouts I tried building
gnubg on a fairly stock RH7.3 box today.  First I retrieved the
following RPMs (is there a list of these anywhere?):

cvs (duh!)
automake-1.6 (I used the RPM from RH8.0)
pkgconfig
gettext
texinfo
gnuplot
gtk+-devel
XFree86-devel (needed by gtk+-devel)
glib-devel    (needed by gtk+-devel)

gnubg then built correctly, so I thought I'd grab libxml2-devel too
since this box has libxml2, but when I ran './autogen.sh; ./configure;
make' it failed with:

Any files I am missing here?
