Sure, but this shouldn't be a problem. Actually, I really doubt that if
someone wants and dares to compile a program (even on Windows) he/she is
the typical (dumb ;-) user. Besides, the exact name is arbitrary.

Yes, imho the compiled-in version isn't really necessary.

And another small copy-and-paste oversight:

In both your batch files it says:
@echo . ....starting the make process
@echo .     without BR1.C
In Nardy.bat it should be 'with'.
