Hi all!

I have just updated the setup.exe at my site: 
http://home.online.no/~oeysteij/
This new setup is based on the new weights format (0.13) and it includes 
a compatible gnubg.wd. It also includes all the usual files you find in 
the archive.

I've started to use my home computer for building archives, and I will 
be in Trondheim for two weeks now, Therefore, the next setup.exe will  
probably be uploaded 17. Jan (or at least that weekend.). Meanwhile I 
hope Nardy will provide his execellent builds.
