Yes, if you can get documentation from the Snowie Group regarding the
file format! I've seen a few questions regarding the file format on
the www.bgsnowie.com discussion forums, without receiving an answer.
Like most windows programs the files are obscure binary blobs. It may
be possible to reverse-engineer the format, but I'm not putting any time
into that.
