Hi,

 

I am a raw beginner when it comes to Backgammon. I have downloaded the latest version of GNU which appears to work in some respects but does some odd things in others.

 

If I set it up for both players as computer operated the game proceeds in an automatic way with both sets of checkers moving according to the dice thrown. But when I chose to play a manual game either two players or one against the computer the checkers move after the dice are thrown, but when I click on Play, to initiate the computer move, it returns all the checkers I moved back to where they were originally.

It does this repeatedly. This seems rather odd to me

 

Am I missing something in the setup?
