I've created a .ssh directory in "my" home folder and set $HOME. I copied the generated ssh keys into .ssh (identity and identity.pub) and created .ssh/config with "Protocol 1" in it.
Also, if you can run ssh with option "-v" you should be able to get some verbose output from ssh.
Thanks, I'll try this. Also by now I've found a native ssh for Windows. (ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/unix/security/login/ssh/contrib/ssh-1.2.14-win32bin.zip)
If it doesn't work I'll come and ask again. But I hope it won't be necessary. :-)
