I set my doubtful threshold to 0.001 and bad to 0.040.
I analysed a lot of money sessions and then stepped through them by marked decision (0.001).
Now for some reason which I think is since I installed a new build, when I step through those money sessions again by marked move it behaves as if the doubftul threshold is 0.040 (the usual default).
I checked the gnuautorc file and it says doubtful 0.001 and bad 0.040.
I really don't want to analyse these matches again. Any ideas please?
