[Bug-gnubg] Latest GNUBG builds won't open my position files anymore!

I just noticed that the latest builds won't open my position files anymore!
Match or Money sessions are fine.
I've got the same problem on two different PC's.
Here's a list of the builds I'm using and whether they work or not:
build Feb 4 2003  OK
build Apr 4 2003 OK
build Apr 9 2003  NO
build Apr 13 2003 NO
build Apr 15 2003 NO

If you try to open a position file the board flickers and then just shows the starting position.
It's difficult to tell because it happens so fast but it does look as if the position appears
for a moment.
