Windows + GTK 1.3 build, 030512
For some reason, the added EPC to One sided rollout and One chequer bearoff,
makes those windows much higher, causing the 'OK' button to be off screen.
Compared with the previous build (030504), the original content is smaller
and there are added blank lines. There is a lot of wasted space between the
old data and the new data (and the new data also has wasted space)
