[Bug-gnubg] Temp Map suggestions

I showed the new temp map to a friend who is very enthusiastic about it.
He has been using it amply and had two suggestions:

1) He regularly uses it at 2-ply and asked whether it might not remember
his preference.

2) He wanted the temp map to also be available for cube decisions. I
asked him why and he said it helped visualize the volatility of the
position. It might be interesting to have two maps available to
illustrate when the cube is sent and when not.
