[Bug-gnubg] Traduction en Français and Tradu ção em Português

If you give me the material (and tell me what I need to do) I can
provide French and Portuguese translations of the menus and inner
content (including floating tips) as well. I know that here in Brazil,
most of the terms such as rollouts, etc. are also kept in English
(though pronounced with their own pronunciation). I'd have to check the
French federation and their material to know whether it is true of
French too. French can be singularly strange when it comes to their
language. 

The new version of the tutorial is almost ready BTW and is over 10 pages
longer with numerous diagrams, and detailed explanations on the
temperature map, human vs. human play (suggested by Nardy), more on
rollouts, more on move filters, specific instructions to import and
analyze games from FIBS, Gamesgrid, and TrueMoneygames, and some other
things.
